Eid day beef Ingredients
- Beef: 2 pounds
- Vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons
- Onion: 2 large
- Clove: 6
- Garlic cloves: 2 chopped
- Cinnamon sticks: 2
- Bay leaf: 1
- Dried crushed red pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
- Tomato sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Fresh lemon juice: 3 tablespoons
- Fresh ginger: 2 tablespoons minced peeled
- Curry powder: 1/2 tablespoons
- Curd: 5 tablespoon
- Salt: As your taste
- Hot cooked rice
Eid day beef Preparation
Marinate beef with salt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and pepper. Cover this and put it in a warm area. Heat a large pot and pour 2 tablespoon oil. When the oil gets properly heated then put the chopped onions. Fry the onions until it get brown. Then put garlic, ginger and fried it well. When it smells well-cooked then pour tomato sauce. And stir it or it can burn. Then pour the curd. Now take the meat and put into the pot. Stir it and mix it very genteelly. Now cover it.
Have a look after 5 minutes. Water will emerge from meat. Again stir it. Then pour other spices. When the meat gets dried then put 500 ml water. Cover it for 30 min. Put some green chili before serving. Enjoy this recipe with your family. Have a great Eid vacation with your friends and family.
